Our story
The business began in 1996 as Capital City Service Corp. in Ireland. In 2003 the UK company — Capital City Service Limited — was established in Watford, today the home of our wholesale voice and messaging operations. From a single transit route to more than 400 direct interconnections, the idea has never changed: make business communication as simple and reliable as chatting with a friend.
Through direct access to mobile, fixed and transit operators worldwide, we deliver the full range of VoIP and messaging channels — with a relentless focus on quality of service. More recently we co-founded Septoo, bringing that same carrier-grade backbone to a new generation of MVNOs.
CCS is founder-led, with more than 30 years in international telecoms behind it and a team that averages over 10 years in the industry — depth you can hear in how we route, monitor and support every connection.
