This notice explains how Capital City Service Limited ("CCS", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data through our website at ccstele.co.uk. It is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
This is a business-to-business website. Our services — wholesale carrier voice (VoIP) and A2P SMS hubbing — are provided to telecommunications operators under individual contracts. This website is not directed at children or at retail consumers, and the personal data we process through it relates to business contacts rather than members of the public acting in a personal capacity.
This notice covers personal data collected through this website. It does not cover the routing of voice traffic or SMS messages under our service contracts, which is governed separately by the relevant client agreement and data processing terms.
Capital City Service Limited is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and have not appointed one. Privacy enquiries should be sent to info@ccstele.co.uk (see Section 10).
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, or that is generated automatically when you use the website.
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the free-text content of your message.
Newsletter signup. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.
Cookies and similar technologies. When you browse the website, cookies and similar technologies may store and read information on your device. See Section 4.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information when pages are requested, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you visit, and the date and time of access. These logs are generated for security and operational reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not include such information in free-text fields.
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 UK GDPR.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and where the law requires.
We require our processors to act only on our instructions and to keep your data secure under written contracts that meet Article 28 UK GDPR.
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States — specifically Webflow, Inc. and Google (Google Analytics). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as a UK adequacy regulation, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards using the contact details in Section 10.

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, draw the changes to your attention.
