CCS and Septoo joined the MVNOs World Congress at the Hotel Okura, Amsterdam, on 1–3 June 2026. The congress is the definitive annual gathering for the MVNO ecosystem — operators, enablers, aggregators and brands — and this year's edition reflected a market moving quickly toward niche, community-focused mobile services.
What we brought to the conversation
At the heart of our participation was Septoo, the joint venture CCS co-founded with Acqua Telecom to design, launch and operate white-label mobile networks end to end. The Septoo platform runs on CCS's carrier-grade voice and A2P SMS backbone — the same infrastructure that carries more than two billion voice minutes and one billion messages per year across 190+ countries — giving launched MVNOs a foundation built for scale and reliability from day one.
The team presented the full Septoo stack and discussed new white-label opportunities with MVNO operators, MVNEs and brand owners exploring mobile as a loyalty or revenue extension. The football-club MVNOs — Celtic Mobile, Hibs Connect (Hibernian FC) and Rovers Connect (Blackburn Rovers FC) — served as live proof-points for what a community-focused MVNO can achieve when underpinned by quality carrier infrastructure.
- End-to-end MVNO launch: SIM and eSIM, billing, real-time analytics, 5G-ready connectivity
- Carrier-grade voice and A2P SMS backbone with 99.999% availability engineering
- Fan MVNOs for football clubs and sports organisations
- Lifestyle, diaspora and IoT MVNO verticals supported
- Network reach across 190+ countries and 400+ direct interconnections
MVNOs World Congress reinforced that demand for branded mobile services is broadening well beyond traditional telecoms. If you are evaluating an MVNO launch or looking for a carrier partner, find out more at /mvno or contact the team directly.
